任务目标：基于第3关中已完成的4位无符号比较器，通过级联方式构建16位无符号比较器。

相关知识：4个4位比较器的比较结果记为Li1（大）、Li2（小）、Li3（相等），（i = 0~3）。16位比较结果可通过以下逻辑计算得出：

大于（Great）：L1 = L3 + L3·L2 + L3·L2 + L3·L1 + L3·L2·L1 + L3·L2·L1

等于（Equal）：L3 = L3·L2·L1·L0

小于（Less）：L2 = ~(L1 + L3)

测试：通过将4个4位比较器按照上述逻辑级联连接，实现16位无符号比较结果的计算。
